Grayscale Picture

1)For this picture I went to mode and selected gray scale.

2)I then went to curves till I got the right tone I wanted.

3)After I chose the dodge and burn tool to clean up the edges and make the lines between the mountain and the clouds more visible.

4)To make the mountains center of attention, I created a faded out black border by using the feather tool and then the fill tool to create the black blur.

This is a picture of my cat Salem.
It was my first time using photo shop so I just wanted to a do a photo clean up.

1)I first started out by croping my kitty to get rid of the unwanted background.

2) My cat was very light and I wanted to darken him up so I used to dodge tool get rid of the white high lights.

3) He has very yellow eyes and I wanted to bring them out so I used the burn tool to bring out the color.

4) There was a random white dot in my cat's eye so I used the stamp tool to get get the color I needed, then I used to the blur tool to blend the color properley. I blured both eyes so they looked even.

5) Below his ear there was a pink spot that looked out of place, so I used the stamp tool to black it out and then I used to smudge tool to blend it a little better with the rest of his fur.
